According to the company's monitoring results (HJWT2020045) on June 23, 2020, the COD discharge concentration of domestic sewage is 36mg/L, and the ammonia nitrogen discharge concentration is 13.9mg/L. The monitoring results meet the third-level requirements of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996); the leachate from the slag yard is collected and pumped back to the company to enter the sewage treatment station for treatment and reuse.

Air pollutants - the main air pollutants in the production process of the enterprise are dust in the milling and compounding process, and sulfuric acid mist in the leaching and compounding process.

According to the company's monitoring results on June 23, 2020 (HJWT2020042), the maximum emission concentration of sulfuric acid mist in the compound workshop is 26mg/m3, which meets the secondary standard requirements of the "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996) (45mg/m3); After powder dust treatment, the concentration of discharged dust can reach the secondary standard (120mg/m3) of "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).

The fugitive emissions include ammonia mist in the leaching and neutralization process, sulfuric acid mist in the electrolysis process, and ammonia mist in the electrolysis process, etc., which are mainly treated by forced ventilation. Solid waste - general solid waste is mainly manganese slag, water treatment slag, anode slag, leaching slag production is 339523t/a (water content 24%), water treatment slag production is 160t/a, anode slag production is 1575.26t/a a (40% water content), the amount produced does not exceed the requirements of the pollutant discharge permit, manganese slag and water treatment slag are mainly stored in the slag bank; the main component of the anode slag is manganese dioxide, which has high activity, and the anode slag is stacked in the anode slag The warehouse is covered with anti-seepage membrane, and there is a leachate collection tank, and the collected anode slag is regularly sold.

Noise pollution - According to the company's monitoring results (HJWT2020042) on June 23, 2020, the equivalent sound levels of the four monitoring points at the factory boundary did not exceed the GB12348-2008 "Boundary Noise Standard for Industrial Enterprises" Category 2 area. Standard limits of 60dB(A) during the day and 50dB(A) at night.
