In order to welcome the smooth start of Sanhe Manganese Industry Group, encourage staff morale and better carry out work, at 7:00 pm on August 23, 2016, our company held the “Sanhe Manganese Industry Group Open Mobility Conference” at the entrance of the administrative canteen. Chang Zhuo Rong, Executive Vice President Zhuo Yong, Executive Vice President Chen Jianhong, Production Minister Qi Xiangding, Vice Minister Guo Fuqing and leaders of various workshops attended the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Chen Jianhong presided over the speech. He introduced the concept of the new three and formalization and institutionalization; the principles of fairness, justice and openness; the professional, humanized and institutionalized management ideas, and pointed out the meeting. The purpose is to enable the general staff to recognize the new Sanhe through the conference and establish a united front with the new production management personnel.
