The dehydrogenated manganese product is to heat the electrolytic manganese metal sheet in a vacuum state to remove the attached hydrogen element. This product is mainly used in the smelting of special alloys to reduce the occurrence of hydrogen embrittlement in steel, thereby producing high value-added special steel. The production capacity of our company's dehydrogenated manganese is 3,000 tons per year.
Product quality indicators are as follows:
1. Ordinary dehydrogenated manganese sheet products: main control indicators: Mn 99.8%min; H 0.0015%max
2. High-purity dehydrogenated manganese sheet products: main control indicators: Mn 99.9%min; H 0.001%max
Note: Packed in 1000 kg plastic woven bags, it can be produced according to customer requirements, or it can be processed into dehydrogenated manganese powder with the specifications or particle size specified by customers
