To celebrate the successful start-up of Sanhe Manganese Group and boost employee morale for enhanced productivity, our company held the "Sanhe Manganese Group Start-Up Mobilization Meeting" at 7:00 p.m. on August 23, 2016, right outside the entrance of the company’s administrative cafeteria. Attendees included Chairman Zhuo Pinrong, Executive Vice President Zhuo Yong, Administrative Vice President Chen Jianhong, Head of the Production Department Yu Xiangding, Deputy Head Guo Fuqing, and leaders from various workshop departments.

At the start of the meeting, Vice President Chen Jianhong delivered a speech, introducing the concepts of "New Sanhe" as well as the principles of standardization and institutionalization. He highlighted the guiding principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, along with management philosophies emphasizing professionalism, humanism, and systematic approaches. Additionally, he emphasized that the purpose of this meeting is to help all employees understand "New Sanhe" and forge a unified front with the new production management team.
